Padare Business Forum (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean consultancy firm that specialises in Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Strategic Planning, Ethics and Internal Control services. The company also offers training and consultancy services in general management encompassing Human Resources Management, Information and Communication Technology and Marketing and Sales. The consultancy offers training as well as help organisations come up with live documents for use in various business functions.
The company does not outsource (subcontract) its services as it has a pool of specialists who carry out all tasks and services within the timelines agreed with clients and to the satisfaction of our esteemed customers.
OUR HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE
Padare Business Forum was incorporated as a Private Limited company in 2022.The company has very broad experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consultancy. Over the years the consultancy has successfully developed Governance, Compliance and Risk models
Management Framework and Guidelines for organisations cutting across several sectors of the economy.
In addition, several organisations have now developed, or are in the processes of developing GRC Frameworks using the guidelines that were developed by Padare Business Forum through our consultancy engagement.
With regards to Governance, Compliance, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management (ERM) as well as various other aspects of General Management, Padare Business Forum (Pvt) Ltd has the right repository of expectations from various sectors of the economy in Zimbabwe. It is the consultancy that has been engaged and guided the various organisations including the Public Sector with regards to best practices in risk management and how Zimbabwean Law has embraced Risk Management in the Constitution, Acts of Parliament as well as Statutory Instruments.
