Padare Business Forum is lead by a very competent Board of Directors. The directors are experts in their own right and they ensure a seamless flow of business in the company through competently directing policies pertinent to the affairs of the company. MR ANGEL MUNETSI MUKUVISI

Non Executive Director
Mr. Mukuvisi is a veteran executive in the corporate world with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the fields of risk management, finance, accounting and audit in both the private and public sectors. Angel holds a Master of Business Administration degree. This esteemed gentleman holds a mouthful of other qualifications including Certified in Risk Management Assurance, Certified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant, Chartered Secretary (FCIS), Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. He has also been priviliged to sit on boards of several institutions. He is the past Vice President of the Institute of Internal Auditors (Zimbabwe) where he also chaired the Ethics and Continuing Professional Education Committee. In addition, Angel was also a board member of the Zimbabwe Schools Examinations Council where he chaired the Audit and Risk Committee. He was also a member of the Zimbabwe Land Commission Audit Committee. Angel has also held several executive positions in the corporate world including National Museums and Monuments Audit Executive, Zimbabwe Open University Audit Executive and Interfersh Limited Audit Executive. Currently Angel is the Regional Head of Internal Audit for Central And Southern Africa at Liquid Intelligent Technologies.

Prince is a young dynamic and seasoned ICT executive with broad experience in the IT sector. He holds a BSc in Software Engineering.  In addition he possesses a deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and business strategies. Prince also possesses a very strong technical expertise in software development, data analytics, cybersecurity and cloud computing. Prince is a prolific business executive with excellent leadership and governance skills and an unparalleled ability to guide the company’s strategic direction.
